    The TAP-Win32 driver is derived from the CIPE-Win32 kernel driver, Copyright (C) Damion K. Wilson, and is licensed under the GPL.

    Should work on Windows 2000 & XP. (inc. XP SP2).
    Driver retrived from OpenVPN package, and I have built a separate setup around it.
    Unfortunately, I have found no Home URL and no original developers of this useful piece of software.
    The GPL license info is taken from OpenVPN setup.

    Program uses:
    This program is very useful for simulation of networks.
    This software simulates the network, while additional software will simulate the OSes running on the net.

    It can run with either "Microsoft Virtual PC 2004", or with open-source "Qemu".
