Transliteration of Cyrillic Text into Latin chars
Replacement of letters on Cyrillics (lower and upper case) onto Latin letters occurs
on the following conformity of letters:

Ш = W, Ы = Y, Ч = 4, Ь = ^, Ъ = &.
Special cases (there are no one-alphabetic replacements):
Щ = TSH, Я = YA, Ю = YU, Ё=YO.

The transliteration can be demanded, if you have ready text with cyrillics,
or it is more convenient to you to type Russian text cyrillics, instead of Latin chars.
But send such text you cannot, as your addressee will receive
not readable text because of distinction in operational systems.
Russian text in Latin chars will allow him to read your message,
though and it is a little unusual.
